INTEGRATIVE APPROACH
My approach integrates the qualities of the therapeutic effectiveness of deep tissue, structural bodywork with the flowing nature of Esalen Massage. Integrating the healing modalities allows me to access the body's deeper soft tissue layers, unbinding previously compressed, habitual areas, which may have become chronically painful due to absence of fluid exchange and energy flow. Their chronic tension patterns release by softening and re-organizing which in return replenishes living tissues with blood, lymph and "Chi" (life) energy.
The initial treatment will begin with a concise consultation about the history of the issue followed by a physical assessment then treatment. Many of the modalities listed are often united in each treatment in order to promote the desired outcome.
